- We offer FREE SHIPPING on ALL PRODUCTS shipped within the United States. All orders are normally shipped within 1 business day of receipt of payment. We now offer shipping to Canada via Fedex but payment is required. We reserve the right to deny any and all shipments. We use both Fedex Home Delivery/Ground and USPS Priority, Parcel & First Class at our discretion. Any items shipped costing over $250 will require a signature. Any items shipped via USPS will not include insurance coverage for lost/damaged/stolen packages. In the event of a package lost in shipping, there will be a 10 day tracking & resolution process while it is sorted out with the shipping company. This is rare, but it happens and it is our goal to take swift action in follow up of this issue.

- Your Privacy is important to us. We will not disclose or share your customer information with any third party. All of our payments are processed through Paypal (that includes credit cards) and we DO NOT store any payment details online. We also offer SSL Encryption to keep your purchases and information safe from prying eyes.
- Returns & Replacements
- We offer a 30 day satisfaction policy on all our items. If the item is still new and unopened, you may return it for an exchange or refund. All returns and exchanges require an RMA number, please contact us for this. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Pricing & Promotions
- All pricing and promotions are subject to change. Coupons are not applicable to "Daily Deal" promotions. If you have a question about a promotion or price, please let us know. Promotion coupons must be entered during the checkout process. Coupons are not retroactive and will not be applied after payment.
